To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your subscription start date. Refunds are only available for the initial subscription period and do not apply to renewal charges after the 14-day period.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@draftapply.com with your account details and the reason for your refund request. We'll process your request within 3-5 business days.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We generally do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. However, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
The following items are not eligible for refunds: renewal charges after the initial 14-day period, one-time purchases or credits, and services that have been fully consumed or delivered.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.
If you receive a refund, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will lose access to premium features. Any data associated with premium features may be deleted.
In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing service use or billing errors, we may extend the refund period or offer alternative solutions at our discretion.
